EchoTime – Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the EchoTime mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

1. Description of Service

EchoTime is a voice-powered personal assistant designed to help users manage everyday tasks quickly and intuitively. Using advanced speech recognition and AI technologies, the App allows users to:

• Create and organize tasks, notes, reminders, and events using voice commands

• Manage calendar events and receive time- or location-based reminders

• Generate and update shopping lists with voice input

• Categorize items and tasks automatically using AI

• Streamline daily planning without manual typing

EchoTime serves as a multifunctional voice assistant that simplifies everyday routines by combining reminders, to-do tasks, calendar management, and shopping lists in one seamless experience.

2. User Responsibilities

2.1 Lawful Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws.

2.2 Device and Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device, Apple ID, and any data stored within the App. EchoTime is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your device.

2.3 Content Accuracy

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of information you input into the App. EchoTime is not liable for errors resulting from inaccurate or incomplete user data.

3. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how your data is collected, used, stored, and protected. By using the App, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

4.1 Subscription Plans

EchoTime offers the following subscription options:

1. Standarta (Basic Monthly)

• Duration: 1 month

• Price: As displayed in the App Store

• Includes: 150 recordings/month, max recording length 15 seconds

• Auto-renewable

2. Pro Monthly

• Duration: 1 month

• Includes: 300 recordings/month, max recording length 25 seconds

• Auto-renewable

3. Pro Yearly

• Duration: 1 year

• Includes: Unlimited recordings, max recording length 25 seconds

• Auto-renewable

4.2 Subscription Terms

• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

• Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation.

• Cancellation: You may cancel through Apple ID settings. The subscription remains active until the end of the billing period.

• Refunds: Apple handles all refund requests in accordance with its policies.

• Price Changes: We may update subscription prices. Users will be notified at least 30 days before any change takes effect.

• Free Trial: If a free trial is provided, it will convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial period ends.

4.3 Subscription Management

All subscription management, including cancellations, is handled through your Apple ID account settings.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, design elements, trademarks, and functionality within the App are the exclusive property of EchoTime and are protected under international copyright and intellectual property laws

You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the App.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the App:

• For any unlawful activity

• To violate any applicable regulations or policies

• To infringe on intellectual property rights

• To harass, abuse, threaten, defame, or harm others

• To submit misleading, inaccurate, or fraudulent information

• To upload viruses, malware, or harmful code

• To attempt unauthorized access to the App or its systems

7. Service Availability

EchoTime aims to provide a stable and continuous service but does not guarantee

• uninterrupted access,

• error-free performance, or

• permanent availability.

Maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues may cause temporary interruptions

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EchoTime and its employees, directors, partners, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for

• indirect, incidental, or consequential damages,

• loss of profits,

• loss of data,

• loss of goodwill,

• inability to access or use the App.

The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms or engaged in harmful or unlawful behavior.

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App.

10. Changes to Terms

EchoTime reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. If material changes occur, we will attempt to notify users at least 30 days before the new Terms take effect.

Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Latvia, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
